This agreement is one I had with a previous spanking relationship. Both of us were far too casual to get into a legal type document so this worked very well for us. Now I have used a similar list with the person who I currently am in a spanking and romantic relationship with and we switch so our wording is a bit different.

Definitely more severe, may start with a hand but usually use an implement as well. some of the clothes may be left on. And of course, as with all worthwhile spankings, over the knee or other vulnerable postions. May include a short lecture.They are painful but not overly so. These are examples of naughty behaviors. Aftercare should also follow a naughty spanking.

The hand and at least two implements are used. Crying does not necessarily stop the spanking. It stops when the spanker is satisfied the lesson has been learned. These spankings cause pain and a very hot stinging bottom but never cut or destroy skin. However should leave painful stinging for several days. We substituted the word focus for maintenance. Maintenance sounds too much like a household chore!
