Can't "Beat Em" Brownies

I made these wonderful brownies for the party at GC's house. They are unbelievably rich and chocolatey. The perfect energy source for the kind of appetite you build up when spanking. It may not be a rule that you must have chocolate at a spanking party, but it should be. Anyone on ToddnSuzy's diet group, stop reading this post right now. I don't want to be responsible for you backsides if you continue!!

Enjoy,

Can’t “Beat Em” Brownies

Ingredients:

2 sticks unsalted butter melted with 8 oz bittersweet chocolate (no more than 65% cacoa) in a 3 quart heavy saucepan over low heat.

2 cups sugar
1 t vanilla extract
5 large eggs
2/3 cup all purpose unbleached flour
1/3 cup Dutch process unsweetened cocoa
½ t salt

Preheat oven to 350. Butter and flour a 13x9 pan.
Whisk together the dry ingredients; flour, cocoa and salt.

After melted chocolate mixture cools to lukewarm, whisk in the sugar and vanilla. Whisk in one egg at a time until mixture is glossy and smooth.

Whisk the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture until combined. Spread in the prepared pan. Bake about 30 minutes until a toothpick or tester comes out of the middle with crumbs on it.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: One of the brownie consumers was quite dismayed to find no walnuts in the recipe (and he knows who he is WEG. You may add walnuts at your own risk. I make no promise about the result. I, on the other hand, shall continue making……….nutless J brownies!
