Spanking Exercise

Now why don't we ever see ads for this program on infomercials. I personally think its a great exercise plan. Anyone who has ever given or gotten a brisk spanking knows that is has wonderful aerobic benefits. The spanker will certainly use the muscles in his/her arm to administer the spanks. As for the spankee, well let's see, voice muscles, leg muscles(all that kicking and squirming) and never forget those gluteal muscles. Yes, a fine workout would be had by all. The best part is you don't have to join a gym or buy expensive equipment.

So what kind of exercises would work? Here are a few:

1. Toe touches-the spankee touches toes and for every time is rewarded with a lovely smack on the bottom. Definitely an incentive to keep going.

2. Jogging-This would be great for switches. First one jogs along while the other one is right behind urging their partner on with a paddle or crop. Then they switch (oh yes) places. Win win exercising.

3. Leg lifts-One partner laying on his/her back. One leg is bent at the knee and the other leg is raised and held to the count of 10. Now while that leg is in the air, the spanker has a great target. And should the leg be lowered before the count of 10, they have to start over. Of course you repeat it with the other leg.

4. Over the knee bends-Since we have found that deep knee bends are not at all good for the knees(horrifying to remember how many of those I did in gym class) this is a much better substitute. The spankee lays over the lap of the spanker. With each spank the spankee must bend their leg at the knee(and not kick the spanker or there are penalties)and lower it.

5. Push ups-Do I even have to explain this one? I mean the position and the spanking as an incentive to keep going seem pretty obvious.

And of course, these should be done bare bottom whenever possible. Why? Because its more fun that way. This just scratches the surface, imagine how much spanking fun could be had with a treadmill or some of the home exercise gyms. Yes this is definitely better than any program Jack LaLanne came up with.

So go to it, get your bottom red as you get your body in shape!!

Totally agree that spanking is great exercise! When you count the chasing down and catching part... few workouts are better.

You are absolutely right! I never thought about the chasing prior to the actual event and Paul you are so right about it being good for the spirit as well.

Trust me PK, it will refresh you as no other exercise routine!
